Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by burpee + one arm dumbbell snatch
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps target burpee
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps one arm dumbbell snatch
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 one dumbbell box step ups (synchronized)
20 hand release push ups (split as desired)
20 kettlebell swings (synchronized)
30/24 cal. bike or 24/18 cal. ski (split as desired)
