Conditioning:
A) every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by single unders + knees to chest
25-30-35-40-45-50-55-60-65-70 single unders
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 knees to chest (x2 seated knee tucks)
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
athlete a: 16 one arm dumbbell hang clean and press
athlete b: double dumbbell kettlebell farmer's hold
(then rotate)
athlete a: 20 air squats
athlete b: weighted wall sit
(then rotate)
athlete a: 24 top half v-ups
athlete b: plank (on hands)
(then rotate)
