Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds
7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16 reps death by kettlebell swings + sit ups
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 12 double dumbbell thrusters
Athlete B: overhead plate hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 15 empty bar hang power clean
Athlete B: kettlebell/dumbbell farmer's hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 100 single unders
Athlete B: plank (on hands)
(then rotate)
