Conditioning:
A) Death by box jumps + kettlebell swings
every 1:15 for 10 rounds 3-3,4-4,5-5...12-12 reps box jumps + kettlebell swings
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
4-8-12... reps one arm dumbbell hang clean & press (split as desired)
2-4-6... reps burpees (synchronized)
4-8-12... reps kettlebell swings (split as desired)
2-4-6... reps bodyweight forward lunges (synchronized)
Comments
