2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 kettlebell swings
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
2-4-6-8... reps burpee (synchronized)
4-8-12-16... reps dumbbell goblet squat (split as desired)
2-4-6-8... reps one arm dumbbell hang clean & press (synchronized)
30-40-50-60... reps single unders (split as desired)
