Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by box jump overs + empty bar thrusters
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 reps box jump overs + empty bar thrusters
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
athlete A: 12 no jump burpees
athlete B: max. rep double/single unders

athlete B: max. rep air squats

athlete A: 20 sit ups
