Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by burpee box jumps
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 reps burpee box jumps
B) WOD: Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 22 minutes
Athlete A: 15 empty bar thrusters
Athlete B: wall sit
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 15 v-ups
Athlete B: dead hang hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 100 single unders
Athlete B: plank (on hands)
