Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 round death by wall ball + burpees
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 reps wall ball + thrusters
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
3-6-9... kettlebell swings (synchronized)
4-8-12... hanging l-sit raises (split as desired)
3-6-9... plate ground to overhead (synchronized)
10-20-30... single unders (split as desired)
