WOD Group Lessons

You can complete the workout of the day (WOD) under the guidance of our instructors.

This program is suitable for all levels.

We also have Online Zoom Group classes that take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Personal training classes (PT) aim to focus on your individual goals.

 Lesson days and hours are decided together with you and our instructor.

Even though we think our lessons are more productive face to face  can be done online.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not always easy, but with our delicious alternatives such as protein donuts and protein bars, getting the nutrients your body needs now becomes enjoyable.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Calisthenics

Our Calisthenics group classes allow you to gain strength, flexibility and endurance by working with your body weight. These workouts are aimed at improving your functional strength and athletic abilities.

Accessible to participants of all levels, these classes cover a wide range of exercises, from basic movements to advanced techniques.

Recovery

Our Recovery sessions focus on methods that will help your body quickly regenerate after intense training, reduce muscle tension and increase flexibility. This will speed up your recovery process and minimize the risk of future injury.
