3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 reps
empty bar front squat
over the bar burpee
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 12 deadlift
Athlete B: kettlebell/dumbbell farmer's hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 12 double dumbbell hang power clean and push press
Athlete B: overhead plate hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 48 double unders (x2.5 single unders)
Athlete B: max. rep v-ups
