death by one arm dumbbell hang clean & press + dumbbell goblet squats
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps
B) WOD: For time (split as desired)
30-25-20-15 target burpee
40-30-20-10 knees to chest
30-25-20-15 box jump overs
40-30-20-10 medicine ball sit ups
