6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps medicine ball sit ups
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 10 empty bar hang muscle snatch
Athlete B: dead hang hold

Athlete B: wall sit

Athlete A: 30 air squats
Athlete B: plank
