B) WOD: Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 22 minutes
15 kettlebell swings (synchronized)
120 single unders (split as desired)
15 sit ups (synchronized)
20/16 cal. ski or 24/20 cal. bike (split as desired)
10 box jumps (synchronized)
