Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps wall ball + kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 10/10 one arm dumbbell snatch
Athlete B: lunge hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 15 box jump overs
Athlete B: kettlebell/dumbbell farmer's hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 250/200m row
Athlete B: plank hold (on hands)
(then rotate)
