Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by wall balls + box jump overs
3-3,4-4,5-5...12-12 reps wall balls + box jump overs
B) Teams of 2 complete 5 rounds for time
15 down ups (synchronized)
20 double dumbbell snatch (split as desired)
25 medicine ball sit-ups (synchronized)
50 double unders (125 single unders) (split as desired)
