Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps one arm dumbbell snatch
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps sit ups
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 burpee (synchronized)
20 wall ball (split as desired)
10 one dumbbell box step ups (synchronized)
30 medicine ball clean (split as desired)
