Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 reps box jumps + empty bar thrusters
WOD: 20 minutes time cap.
2-4-6... reps partner deadlift
4-8-12... reps one arm dumbbell push press (split as desired)
2-4-6... sit ups (synchronized)
4-8-12... reps over the bar burpee (split as desired)
