A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by

B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
4-6-8-10... burpee (synchronized)
8-12-16-20... double dumbbell hang power clean (split as desired)
4-6-8-10... box jump over (synchronized)
