Conditioning:
A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps box jumps + empty bar power clean
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 15 kettlebell swings
Athlete B: dead hang hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 15 kettlebell/deadlift goblet squat
Athlete B: wall sit
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 50 double unders (100 single unders)
Athlete B: max. rep medicine ball sit ups
(then rotate)
