A) Every 1:30 for 10 rounds death by
6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 reps
box jump + medicine ball clean
B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes

8 dumbbell deadlift
8 empty bar push press
8 tuck ups
20 double unders (40 single unders)
