B) Teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
Athlete A: 12 double dumbbell front rack squat
Athlete B: dumbbell/kettlebell farmer's hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 12 double dumbbell push press
Athlete B: overhead plate hold
(then rotate)
Athlete A: 40 double unders (80 single unders)
Athlete B: lunge hold (switch every 20/40)
(then rotate)
